Basketball is inherently a dangerous sport where serious injury and death may occur.  Participants recognize and assume this risk when participating and waive all legal claims against 3 and D Hoops, Inc and Stumptown Bball.  Participants will be subject to the T&Cs provided as part of registration.  Please read them carefully.
