Why Stumptown 3x3? It provides better development opportunity at a great single location off US 26 and NW Cornell with only a 1.5 hour commitment each weekend.  3x3 play provides more opportunity for touches, decisions and growth as young players.  3&D coaches lead the 45 minute clinic before games.  Referees are trained to manage the games toward instruction and development, not just whistles.  All of it ran out of the HUB, a new gym location off US26 and NW Cornell Rd.

FAQ

Why 3v3?

More touches, more development, more fun.  There is no better basketball format to develop skills quickly than 3x3 where every player on the floor has to be accountable to help their team (i.e., no hiding).

Divisions

The league is very limited in capacity to ensure the best experience.  As a result, we are allowing sign-ups first, and we will then form divisions/teams based on those sign ups (in first to sign up priority order).  So, it all depends on what the signups look like. However, we are targeting the following divisions: 1st/2nd coed, 3/4 boys and girls, 4/5 boys and girls, and 5/6 boys and girls.

What if I don't have a team?

We will accept individual registrations and put teams together of similar individual registrations.

What is the level of play?

This is a development league targeted and younger kids 1st-7th grade.  For younger ages, we will be using lower hoops to help the kids with form and confidence.

What are game times?

Schedules will be set weekly.  Day requests will be taken but not guaranteed.  We will look to set schedules for Saturday first with younger teams playing earlier. As the league fills up, we will extend to Sunday, if needed.

Can parents watch?

Definitely.

Where is it being held?

At The HUB, 16205 NW Bethany Ct, Suite 108, Beaverton OR, 97006.  New facility in Cornell Business Park off US 26 and NW Cornell Rd.

Who coaches the 3v3?

3&D coaches will direct the clinic immediately before games.  Up to two parent coaches are allowed to coach the team during games.
